Our holistic approach

Mind, body, heart and spirit.

The Medicine Wheel helps us consider the whole person. The Seven Sacred Teachings (Love, Respect, Courage, Honesty, Wisdom, Humility and Truth) guide meaningful relationships.

Spiritual

Identity, meaning, belonging and cultural relationships.

Emotional

Feeling heard, expressing emotions and nurturing supportive relationships.

Mental

Learning, reflection, problem-solving and informed choices.

Physical

Food, sleep, movement, everyday routines and access to health services.

Our Cree-led approach honours the distinct identities, traditions and relationships of each person and Nation. Cultural participation and connections are shaped with the people involved.

A relational model of care

No one grows
